The sun is shining, the birds are singing and the flowers are blooming. That can only mean one thing…. Spring is in the air!
For us at Kanteen25, this is an exciting time. It means our terrace will be reopening in a matter of weeks, and it means our incredible kitchen team can create a menu with all the local & seasonal ingredients.
When the chefs receive a fresh supply of pearly white asparagus, vibrant rhubarb & beetroot and aromatic watercress you can really see the creativity flow. For this menu they’ve produced something truly special. A menu that captures the essence of Spring, does so with local & seasonal ingredients and, most importantly, is absolutely delicious.
